We bought our first Spanish property in September 2022 with the help of Johan and the team at Alvarez & Svensson. It was almost too easy haha. Johan took care of everything for us whilst we were in the U.K. His communication was great. Buying a property in another country is pretty daunting when you think of the different laws and rules, but with Johan by our side, we didn’t feel any pressure at all. Now, we are happily settled in our dream home in Murcia. Highly recommend.
